Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional, patient, and polite demeanor in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.

Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, first shift hours!

Benefits

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
